1. Who sells your box
Oishii Sweets Tokyo by ENISHI is sold by Pachi Pachi Inc., N&E BLD. 7F, 1-12-4 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan. Contact: [email protected]. Payments are processed by Stripe.
2. What you get
Each month you get one box of Japanese treats, packed by our team in Japan. Your box is the one named at checkout: Japanese sweets, or Japanese sweets and snacks. Dorayaki, yokan, senbei and sencha green tea for two come in every box, and a few seasonal treats change each month; the sweets and snacks box also has Japanese snacks. The photos on our site show examples. If an item is unavailable, we replace it with a similar Japanese treat. Every box also includes an English booklet.
The treats are packaged foods made in Japan, labeled in Japanese. We post English ingredients and allergens for the current season’s treats on our ingredients page. Oishii Sweets Tokyo boxes aren’t suitable for anyone with a food allergy.
3. Plans and prices
All prices are in U.S. dollars.

We do not currently charge U.S. sales tax. If that changes, we will email you before it applies to your next charge. Because we are based in Japan, your card issuer may add a foreign transaction fee under its own terms.
4. Automatic renewal
Your plan renews automatically every month until you cancel. By placing your order, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each monthly renewal date at the price shown at checkout. Renewals fall on the same day of the month as your first order (or the last day of a shorter month).
If we change a price, we email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it and ask you to update your card. We do not ship a box that has not been paid for.
5. Shipping
- We ship your box from Tokyo.
- Your first box ships within 2 to 3 business days of your order (Japan business days). After that, a new box ships each month after your renewal payment.
- Delivery time depends on the carrier and on customs checks on food, and we can’t guarantee an arrival date.
- We deliver to street addresses in the 50 U.S. states and D.C. We can’t deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If you enter one, we will contact you to change it or refund that box.
- If anyone asks you for import charges on an Oishii Sweets Tokyo box, please email us before paying.
- To change your address, email us before your next box ships. A package that has already shipped can’t be redirected by us.
6. Canceling
To stop future renewals, open Manage my subscription, sign in with the email you used to pay, and choose Cancel subscription. No phone call is needed. You can also email us from the address you used to pay. Cancel before your next renewal date to stop the next renewal.
Canceling in the billing portal does not issue a refund. For a refund before your first box ships, follow section 7 below. If a payment is already due or you need help signing in, email [email protected].
Canceling stops future renewals. A box you have already paid for still ships.
7. Refunds and problems with a delivery
- Before your first box ships: email [email protected] from the address you used to pay. Our team will cancel your order and refund it in full, including shipping, to your original payment method. Using the portal alone stops renewals but does not request this refund.
- After a box ships: because it is food, we can’t accept returns if you change your mind, except where the law requires it.
- Damaged, missing, wrong or not delivered: email us within 14 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with your order email and, if possible, a photo. We will resend that box or refund it. You don’t need to send food back.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take several business days to show them.
8. Survey thank-you gift
If you answer all 5 questions on the page you see after paying, before your first box ships, we put one pair of Japanese chopsticks in a paper sleeve into your first box. One gift per order. The final design may differ from the picture. The gift has no cash value.
9. Who can order
You must be 18 or older and have a delivery address in the United States as described above. The treats are for adults to buy and share; please supervise children, as some items may be a choking hazard for young children.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change affects your plan in a material way, we will email you before it applies to your next charge. The version shown at checkout applies to that order.
